Student Disability Services Requests:

Hackett Publishing Company partners with two different organizations, Bookshare and AccessText Network, to deliver alternative formats of our books to students and accessibility offices in the U.S. and Canada.

To access and request Hackett book files from Bookshare, visit bookshare.org. Bookshare provides a means for individuals with print disabilities to request alternative formats of books directly.If you are unable to find the title you are looking for, submit a request for the file you need, and we will work with Bookshare to deliver an accessible format to you as quickly as possible. Note that Bookshare does not serve the Canadian market.

To access and request Hackett book files from AccessText Network, visit accesstext.org. AccessText is specifically built to connect Disability Service Providers in the U.S. and Canada with the alternative format files their students require.

If for any reason you are unable to use either Bookshare or AccessText, we do not object to your production of a suitable copy of the work, the use of said version being restricted to individuals registered with your institution as having a print-related disability. We do not object to such production and use provided that;

• all copyright information, as it appears in the front pages of our book, is included in your alternative format version,

• such version includes a notice that the work has been made available via special arrangement with the publisher,

• your student understands that the material may not be shared or distributed in any format whatsoever.
